Booking

On receipt of the acceptance your booking will be entered into our reservations system and an invoice will be raised. A deposit of 50% of the venue hire and any additional expected costs will be due within 7 days of the invoice date to confirm your booking.

Cleaning

A general cleaning fee will be charged for all events, should the venue not be left in the same condition in which it was hired the venue will be cleaned and/or repaired at the clients expense.

Naked Venue

Studio is a naked hire – there is no cutlery, glassware, crockery, cooking utensils etc provided in the venue.

Alcohol

Studio Cassini is Strictly BYO – we do not provide the alcohol. If you are serving alcohol at your event it must be a closed event e.g.- not open to the public

All Events must be compliant with the Sale of Liquor Act. ‘Door Sale’ events are not permitted in Studio Cassini.
A cash bar or the selling of alcohol is not permitted in Studio Cassini,
Studio Cassini will not support an individual Liquor License application To Council All events where alcohol is consumed, and tickets are sold, must hire a caterer in possession of a current liquor license, this license and the duty managers’ license must be clearly displayed throughout the event where the liquor is consumed.

There is no corkage fee for BYO events – Yay!
